Wir haben das Studio für 5 Tage gemietet und waren einfach begeistert! Es gibt wirklich alles, was man zum Wohnen und Kochen braucht – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Wenn man mehr als 5 Sterne geben könnte, würden wir das auf jeden Fall tun! Allein die Panorama-Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend schön. Vielen Dank – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! 🌟

We stopped for two nights (though we really wish we had stopped for longer) on the return leg of a road trip from UK to Rome. The studio was more than spacious enough for us, and we really liked the privacy and secure parking. The property is only a short distance from Como, but at a much greater height overlooking the town and surrounding areas. The views from the roof terrace are simply stunning, arguably amongst the best in the area. Como is delightful, and our only regret is that we did not book a longer stay.

We are a family of five and stayed one night at Peter’s apartment.
The apartment is wonderful—modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. It has three bedrooms, a large balcony, and all the amenities you could need, including a washer and dryer.
The highlight is definitely the balcony with its stunning view of Lake Como.

Myself and Andy spent the most wonderful time at Peter's place. From the beginning and throughout, Peter was the perfect host. He provided an excellent itinerary to make our stay the most enjoyable, from recommendations of restaurants, activities, how to get to places, it was incredibly comprehensive.
The villa and it's location was out of this world. We travelled on the motorbike and could securely store it at the villa.
The Studio was clean, had all amenities and gorgeous patio outside to sit and relax. There was also the roof top terrace, with the most beautiful views overlooking Lake Como. We were in absolute awe of how beautiful and tranquil it was.
We cannot wait to come back and spend longer there. I cannot recommend both this villa and Peter being a fantastic host highly enough. Fantastic value and a destination you'll never forget. Thank you x

What an absolute gem of a place. We rented the studio which was really spacious. All the things you may need were included. We had numerous outside spaces but the top terrace was breathtaking and was incredible. I would definitely recommend to others and would book again.
