Wir waren in der letzten Aprilwoche in der Villa Cardano und hatten das Studio für zwei Personen gebucht. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber und gepflegt.
Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb von Como mitten im Grünen. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Dachterrasse: Der Ausblick über den Comer See ist einfach spektakulär.
Auch die gesamte Organisation und Abwicklung verlief vollkommen unkompliziert und reibungslos. Der Kontakt war jederzeit freundlich und angenehm. Sehr praktisch fanden wir außerdem, dass das Auto direkt an der Villa geparkt werden konnte.
Insgesamt hatten wir eine fantastische Zeit und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe, Komfort und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Comer See suchen.

Tiene la mejor ubicación que puedas encontrar en Lago di Como. Unas vistas maravillosas, en un sitio tranquilo. Sin duda, una experiencia única. El estudio era un poco frío, y no se podía manejar la temperatura.

Das Studio ist grosszügig konzipiert und durch die grossen Fenster auf drei Seiten wunderbar durchflutet von Licht. Der Blick geht in den Garten, durch die Bäume sieht man auch in die Ferne. Das Badezimmer ist modern und sehr gross, die Küchenzeile klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Das Bett ist bequem und genügend gross für zwei. Die Gegend ist ruhig, ins Zentrum braucht man ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir haben das Studio blitzblank sauber vorgefunden. Check-in und check-out waren sehr einfach. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Everything about it . The location and the view was amazing better than any view even on the lake side . The safety of the villa. The kindness of the owner. The rooms comfy and clean. We felt like we are home .

This place is stunning! The pictures really do not do it justice. The view is incredible both day and night.
The house penthouse was beautiful and very clean throughout and very nicely decorated and fully equipped.
I was so gutted to be leaving this place and the view/rooftop itself was enough to just stay in the penthouse all day if anyone wanted! We ran into a few issues with the gate however upon contacting Peter, he was easy to get hold off and helped fix the issue promptly.

World class views. The apartment had the most breathtaking panoramas of any place I’ve stayed in. The terrace is an amazing place to have an aperitivo and spend time with friends. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on and the apartment was quite classy. I absolutely recommend this for an unforgettable life experience. While the mattresses were exceptional, the pillows in the panoramic bedroom were not the most comfortable.

Die Villa war wunderschön!
Vor allem die Dachterasse ist einzigartig, vielen Dank nochmals an Peter, der diese als Vermieter mit uns teilt.
Wir haben im Studio gewohnt, und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt.
In der Nähe der Villa befindet sich eine leckere Pizzeria, ein leckerer Eisladen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Nach Como in die Stadt benötigt man nach einem 20 minuten langen Fußweg 25 Minuten mit dem Bus.

Everything is great. View is fantastic. Host is providing lots of help during problems. All the thing are explained very well and we provided lots of recommendations about Como Wifi is not working well, we faced some connectivity issues but it is not a big deal
