Nous avons adoré le studio proposé par Peter. Le logement est grand, en très bon état, le secteur est calme, et, surtout, il y a une magnifique vue sur le lac et Côme.
Le parking est sécurisé, ce qui est parfait pour les motos.
Peter est très agréable et serviable pour toutes questions.

Wirklich außergewöhnliche Lage und ein unfassbarer Ausblick aus dem Penthouse und aus der Dachterasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war überaus freundlich, kompetent und unkompliziert. Der Check-In erfolgte ebenfalls einfach mittels Self-Check-In. Alle Infos dazu wurden im Voraus mitgeteilt. Es gibt einen eigenen und abgeschlossenen Stellplatz für das Fahrzeug. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Sonnenaufgang über den See aus Sicht der Dachterrasse wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. -

Peter has renovated a wonderful property, and the communication prior to our stay was exceptional. Nothing was left to chance, and he has obviously taken the time over the years to build up a wealth of information to help you get the most out of your stay.
Staying in the Penthouse (the top floor), we woke up every morning to the most wonderful views overlooking Como and the lake. Photos look great online, but you don't quite appreciate it until you get there in person! Every window has a top-class electric shutter, and the feeling of opening them each morning—revealing the most stunning view as the sun rises over Brunate—hasn't quite left us.
The property is extremely well-equipped with two king bedrooms and a third living/bedroom space. It easily accommodated the four of us using all three rooms (great for keeping the kids apart!). The two bathrooms—both with showers—are excellent, and there is a cozy, well-equipped kitchen with a hob.
The rooftop view is spectacular, and we spent a lot of time up there. You are as high up as possible on that side of the lake! As Peter explains, the property sits right next to a nature reserve; we were even thrilled to be visited by a huge praying mantis one evening! (If you're the type who gets bitten by mosquitoes, bring your bug spray or enjoy the view from inside!). This rooftop area is shared with guests in the studio on the bottom floor, but this was never an issue—we had it to ourselves 95% of the time, and it was lovely saying hello to fellow travelers when they popped up. There is also a second private terrace right outside the living room with a table and furniture.
The location is excellent—only a 10-minute scenic drive down into Como. The road up is narrow, but perfectly manageable and you rarely meet other cars. It's also worth noting that while you're in Italy, you are only a 10-minute drive from the Swiss border! Not a complaint at all, but worth noting for future guests: we stayed during a particularly warm spell (high 30s). While a mountain breeze usually blows up the hillside to keep things cool, it can get warm at night when the air goes still. Like many traditional hillside properties in the area, there is no air conditioning, but Peter has equipped fans in every room (plus lots of cold showers helped!).

Eine wunderschöne Lage mit einer herausragenden Aussicht. Die Wohnung selbst war ausgezeichnet. Das Einzige, was verbessert werden könnte, ist die WLAN-Verbindung. Toller Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer, insgesamt fantastisch!

Studio sympathique, tranquille, sans bruit, propre et bien tenu. Le petit séjour s'est très bien passé.
Il y a juste les places de parking un peu techniques et il manquerait des volets ou une petite climatisation pour garder le studio frais, mais cela se fait bien quand même sans.

Wir waren in der letzten Aprilwoche in der Villa Cardano und hatten das Studio für zwei Personen gebucht. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber und gepflegt.
Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb von Como mitten im Grünen. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Dachterrasse: Der Ausblick über den Comer See ist einfach spektakulär.
Auch die gesamte Organisation und Abwicklung verlief vollkommen unkompliziert und reibungslos. Der Kontakt war jederzeit freundlich und angenehm. Sehr praktisch fanden wir außerdem, dass das Auto direkt an der Villa geparkt werden konnte.
Insgesamt hatten wir eine fantastische Zeit und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe, Komfort und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Comer See suchen.

Tiene la mejor ubicación que puedas encontrar en Lago di Como. Unas vistas maravillosas, en un sitio tranquilo. Sin duda, una experiencia única. El estudio era un poco frío, y no se podía manejar la temperatura.

Es hat mir sehr gefallen, dass es sauber, ruhig, ordentlich und ein sicherer Ort ist. Außerdem gibt es einen super schönen Ausblick aus den Fenstern und viel Natur. Es war allerdings zeitweise ziemlich kühl zum Schlafen, als die gefühlte Temperatur nachts etwa 0 Grad betrug.

The studio is generously designed and wonderfully flooded with light thanks to the large windows on three sides. The view looks out onto the garden, and through the trees you can also see into the distance. The bathroom is modern and very spacious, the kitchenette is small but equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable and large enough for two. The area is quiet, and it takes about 15 minutes by car to get to the center. We found the studio spotlessly clean. Check-in and check-out were very easy. We felt completely comfortable throughout our stay.
